Annual HOG Christmas Party- December, 4. 2021  6-10pm

Plan to join us for our Annual Christmas Party to eat, drink, dance and enjoy of the company of HOG members that you know and love!

To keep with the previous tradition of a Full Course Buffet for the Christmas Party, we have decided once again to offer a full Elegance Fare Buffet for our party this year.

We will be serving:  Carved Smoked Beef Brisket (with Horseradish Sauce and BBQ Sauce), Seared Chicken Breast Topped with Boursin Cheese, Basil and Roasted Red Pepper, White Cheddar Mashed Potatoes, Steamed Green Beans with Sesame Seeds, House Tossed Salad (mixed greens, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, croutons with Ranch or Balsamic Vinaigrette), Fresh Baked Dinner Rolls, with butter.  Also includes coffee service.

Due to the increased prices of beef and the new COVID catering serving standards, our cost has significantly increased, and it is not possible for the Chapter to absorb the full cost. Chapter Members will continue to attend at no charge and non-member guests will be charged $30. This guest fee will include dinner and the best dance band in Cincinnati (Paisley Cane).  Alcohol can be purchased at low American Legion prices.

We must notify both the caterer and the venue of attendance in advance. Thus, if you wish to attend, please RSVP on the website no later than November 19, 2021. Of necessity, member sign ups after that date will not be accepted.  If you wish to bring a non-member guest, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

•    The name of the member and name of the guest
•    If received by the deadline, you will be notified via email that the payment has been accepted and this will confirm your guest’s reservation.

Payments for guests must be made by following the directions below.

•    $30 via cash or check made payable to Powder Keg Chapter
•    Drop off at the drop box located in the lounge at the dealership or
•    Mail to Powder Keg Chapter, PO Box 34 Kings Mills, OH 45034 far enough in advance to be received by the November 19, 2021, due date or
•    Bring to October 19 or November 16 Chapter Meeting
•    Confirmation of your payment received will be sent through email.

Payments received after the due date of November 19 will be returned.

***** ALL GUEST FEES must be received no later than November 19, 2021*****

We must confirm the number of attendees and pay our caterer and venue in advance of the event. Payments received after the due date (November 19, 2021) will be returned.  If your guest cancels after this date, refunds cannot be issued as your meal will have already been paid to the caterer.

Entertainment: Paisley Cane

CASH bar to be enjoyed by all starting at 6pm.  Buffet to be served at 6:30pm.  As in years past, please bring a dessert to share (not required, just requested).  Music and dancing to follow.  The American Legion has agreed to open up their Canteen to us after our event if people wish to stay and mingle.

For this event, we have a maximum of 130 people who can attend, so sign up early to get your name on the list!

This year's entertainment will be provided by: Long time friends, Paisley Cane band. A Talented Fivesome with excellent harmonies who just may surprise you with their musical selection.
