Arrowhead Trail Ride
October 2nd - 8am

Description:  Come join us as we embark on some of the finest sweepers and curvy backroads right here in Ohio. We’ll make our way east to Hillsboro and heading north to Greenfield, OH before rolling south on 41. After some down-home cooking lunch, in Ohio’s oldest standing Inn, we’ll continue south to the Ohio river then onto more curves and twists. The map of this route resembles an arrowhead, hence the name of this ride. This is a great ride with an abundance of fun and beautiful scenery.

Built as the Bradford Tavern, the Olde Wayside Inn is one of the oldest buildings in West Union, Ohio.

In 1804, General David Bradford built the inn. It became a popular stop for travelers along the road from Maysville, Kentucky to Zanesville, Ohio. Numerous important dignitaries stayed at the inn, including Kentucky Senator Henry Clay, President Andrew Jackson, and President of Mexico Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna. The inn had had a number of name changes, including the Bradford Tavern, the Marlatt House, the Crawford House and the Commercial Hotel. Called the Olde Wayside Inn since 1936, the building has provided housing and food to travelers since its founding.
